Apollinaire has more than 20 years of experience in financial management at S&P 500 leading technology companies. For the past 10 years, he has contributed to the finance transformation effort at Oracle, where he consecutively led Business Finance for Consulting, Engineering, and Cloud line of businesses. Impressed with the way Unite Us technology powered and transformed how health and social care services are delivered to underserved communities, he joined the company in February 2022. Apollinaire believes systematic and data-driven decision-making processes, predictive analytics, and finance automation are critical to support the company’s growth trajectory. With his passion for strategic planning, he initiated the transformation and elevation of the Finance function at Unite Us to a “co-pilot” role—a strategic partner for value creation and business execution. Apollinaire has an accounting background and earned his MBA from Quebec University in Montreal (UQAM), Canada.
He lives in Maryland with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering for his son as a soccer dad and attending his daughter’s piano recitals and band concerts
