Empower Harrisonburg Rockingham (HR) is a coordinated care network of local community-based providerspowered by United Way of Harrisonburgand Rockingham County,Rockingham Insurance, and Unite Us. Networkpartners work together in real time to support the complex needs of individuals and families in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. Empower HR is proudly funded by Rockingham Insurance with the goal of supporting the community in improving access to both health and social services.
