Palestinian journalists and activists launched an e-campaign via social media titled "# كلنا-معاذ.. # عين معاذ.. # عين الحقيقة لن تنطفىء", in solidarity with fellow journalist Moaz Amarneh, who was shot by an Israeli soldier towards his left eye On Friday, Israeli forces razed land in Surif, northwest of Hebron.
The campaign aims to shed light on violations of the Israeli occupation against journalists and obstruct them and prevent them by force from covering events related to violations of the occupation forces in the Palestinian territory. The campaign also stressed the journalists' assertion that they continue to report the suffering of the Palestinian people and demanding that the occupation be held accountable for its crimes against journalists.
Journalists said that the campaign publishes targeted messages in several languages, exposing the occupation's policies and procedures to local and international public opinion, especially its practice against journalists and the Palestinian media.
Journalists participated in the publication of the story of the journalist Amarneh, who was injured on Friday and published their pictures with their left eye covered.
