51 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) registered in Tunisia . The Ministry of Health announced today, March 29, 2020, 51 new cases after analyzing laboratory tests, bringing the total number of people infected with this virus to 278 confirmed cases. The cases are mainly in the following states:

- Ariana
- Ben Arous
- Medenine
- Tataouine
- Sousse
- Monastir
- Sfax
- Mahdia
- Kairouan
- Bizerte
- Nabeul
- Gafsa
- Gabes
- Qebli
- Manouba
- Zaghouan
- Gasserin
- Jerba
- Mehdia
- Number of cured cases: 02 cases
- Number of deaths: 07 .
The Ministry annoucned also that 2 new cases are registered in Jerba governorate who are family members.
The Ministry of health relies on the understanding of citizens in this delicate health condition to take collective responsibility and commitment to self and public health quarantine to counter the spread of the new Corona virus.
